I'm not sure if this was the best place to post this, but I'm hoping paperboy will read it. I haven't been able to log in to my account on the Sullivan Boutique for a few weeks now. I get a error message saying something like the site has timed out.

Could you please let us know when this is sorted out? It makes it hard to buy stuff from you guys if we can't log in!  Wink

Maybe you should put urgent in the subject line  Wink Sorry that's a bummer. Taking advantage of that New Year's sale?

I was thinking about it. More importantly, I want to know the status of an order I placed over the phone with them as I couldn't log in!

Emily, did you ever have any luck getting this sorted out? I have been trying for a couple of days to log in to order the free ringtone, but am having the same problem. It gives me the following error every time:

"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out."

Tried updating flash but still not success. Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please inform me as to your location and Internet Service Provider?  We had a hacker attempting to compromise the boutique, which prompted our hosting service to block a few IP addresses.  Most of these were in China, but there was one in the U.S. which he was using repeatedly.  It's possible there's a conflict, or that your ISP uses that address.

Post a reply or send me a PM and I'll look into this.  It seems to be unique to certain users in certain areas, as I am unable to replicate the problem myself.

Thank you for your assistance and patience.

Thanks for looking into it Admin, I've sent you a PM.

Suzy, I tried logging in again yesterday, and still no luck. I did find a loophole though. Go through the process of changing your password and you'll be automatically logged in once you click on the link that gets sent in your e-mail. Annoying though.
